The RK Properties Password Protected Investment Review Site is a private, password-protected area for the use of accredited investors. It is where investors may view investment opportunities in real properties that we have acquired and are offering for investment. The RK Properties Password Protected Investment Review Site is open to investors who:
- Are residents of the United States, and
- Are at least 21 years old, and
- Have an individual net worth, or joint net worth with their spouse, of more than $1 million, or have an individual annual income of more than $200,000, or have an annual income with spouse of more than $300,000, or meet other SEC definitions of an Accredited Investor, and
- Are able to meet minimum investment requirements, starting at $100,000 or more, for any offering in which they choose to participate.

It is where broker-dealer representatives may view investment opportunities in real properties that we have acquired and are offering for investment. The RK Properties Password Protected Investment Review Site is open to licensed representatives of broker-dealers who offer private real estate investments to their clients.
